Homemade Glow Mask

For those who like to experiment and try new things at home, this one is for you! I always had a very dry skin, and hydrating creams are my specialty since I’ve tried them all.

A couple of months ago, and after researching, I came up with a new mask (mixing a couple of well known masks together), with ingredients that you all probably have at home as we speak.

 

Other than hydrating your skin, the mixture of the below ingredients is supposed to exfoliate and brighten your complexion.

1- 2 Big Tablespoons of Yogurt: it contains lactic acid that is known to dissolve dead skin cells. Yogurt will reduce the appearance of wrinkles and will give you a natural glow by moisturising your skin.

2- Half an Avocado: A rich source of biotin to prevent dry skin. It helps make the skin fresh and glowing.

3- 2 Teaspoons Of Honey: Honey is an anti-bacterial. It absorbs impurities from the skin. It will lighten your skin tone, and will keep it glowing.

4- 1 Freshly Squeezed Lemon: it is a great source of Vitamin C. It is known to brighten and exfoliate, to fight skin aging as well as uneven skin tone.

After mixing the 4 ingredients, apply them onto your face and neck for about 15 to 20 minutes and then thoroughly rinse them off with really cold water.

Do this once a week for about a month!
